Progress on Detection Methods of Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus
摘要
Abstract
Bovine viral diarrhea is caused by bovine viral diarrhea virus, which manifests many symptoms, such as diarrhea, acute and chronic mucosal infection and reproductive disturbance.It is seriously harms to animal husbandry and also one of the important animal diseases of animal quarantine in international trade.Rapid and accurate detection is conducive to early detection and control of this disease.At present, there are many methods for detecting bovine viral diarrhea virus.In this paper, we introduced the detection technologies including IAT, RPA, SELEX, multiplex PCR, MLPA, RT-PCR ELISA and IFA, in order to provide reference for rapid and highly effective detecting techniques in the work of animal inspection and quarantine.关键词
