Progress on Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis
摘要
Abstract
Infectious bovine rhinotrachealitis is a contagious disease of cattle caused by bovine herpesvirus-1, which manifests as respiratory symptoms, such as upper respiratory tract infections, tracheal mucosal inflammation and dyspnea.It prevails in the worldwide, and also found in some areas in China.BoHV-1can also cause genital tract infections, meningitis, conjunctival inflammation, abortion and other diseases.BoHV-1infection can lead to the secondary infection by other pathogens, and bovine respiratory disease complex because of the immunosuppression.The high mortality of IBR has caused great economic losses to the cattle raising industry in the world.This article elaborated the recent research progress of IBR in four aspects including its etiology, epidemiology, diagnosis, prevention and control in order to provide some reference for IBR diagnosis, prevention and control.关键词
