Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the clinical effect of injecting gamithromycin in the recommended dose for corresponding diseases in pigs.120 pigs meeting the test requirements were randomly divided into two groups (60in each group) .One group was the test drug group, using gamithromycin North China Pharmaceutical Group Animal Health Products Co., Ltd.product, the recommended dose 6mg/kg BW;the other group as control drug group, was given a dose of 6mg/kg BW of Merial's gamithromycin injection.The results showed that our company's gamithromycin injection was safe and effective in the treatment of porcine respiratory diseases caused by pathogens such as Pasteurella multocida, Streptococcus suis, Haemophilus parasuis, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae and so on.The therapeutic effect of this preparation is equivalent to the injection of gamithromycin produced by Merial Company.It can be widely used clinically.关键词
