摘要

Abstract

Firstly, the advantages and limitations of various characterization methods, measuring instruments and experimental research methods of micro-topography are summarized and compared. It is pointed out that the fractal description of rough surface is the main method of nonlinear research at present. The inevitability of substituting three-dimensional parameters for two-dimensional characterization is also pointed out. Then, the new development of rough surface theory in the application of contact fractal modeling is demonstrated. Finally, combined with the working environment and performance requirements of DC electrical apparatus, the development trend of contact modeling in multi-field coupling research of micro-topography is pointed out.
