直流小型断路器分断电弧特性试验研究
Experimental Study of Breaking Arc Characteristics for DC Miniature Circuit Breaker

Abstract
Based on the construction of DC synthesis loop test platform, the arc movement of a DC miniature circuit breaker was observed. The statistics of electromagnetic release time under different currents was made. The arc transfer process was analyzed by the arc images and the erosion of the electrodes and contacts. The influence of different current on the DC arc breaking process was analyzed by observing the arc splitting morphology, arc voltage characteristic and arc duration. The results show that the oscillating of arc voltage curve is due to the part of the arc column in and out of the splitter plates in the process of arc splitting and extinguishing, and the current strength is another important factor, the electromagnetic release time is decreased with the current increasing, and the arc duration time under different current is dispersive. This study can provide reference for the design of arc extinguishing system of DC miniature circuit breaker.关键词
