摘要

Abstract

The spring system is an important part of direct-acting style high-voltage DC relay, and its movement mechanism is vital for the reliability of relay. This paper carried on three-dimensional simulation and analysis for the reactive spring and contact spring by means of finite element method ( FEM) to research the dynamic characteristic.The dynamic characteristic was verified by the experiment. The result shows that the spring system presents threedimensional movement characteristic during the compression process. This is one of the important factors of the contact offsets. The research will lay the foundation about virtual prototype design and optimization of the highvoltage DC relay in the future.
