摘要

Abstract

To solve the problem of unreasonable curtailment of wind and photovoltaic (PV) power as wind and PV power source access to the pow er grid at high proportions, this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to study pow er curtailment strategies for different w ind and PV pow er plants in traditional pow er grid dispatching so as to more scientifically and reasonable arrange w ind and PV pow er generation.It establishes a mathematic model taking the minimum total pow er generation cost as the objective, uses AHP to evaluate comprehensive importance indexes of different w ind and PV pow er plants and w orks out pow er curtailment coefficients.It uses the genetic particle sw arm algorithm to solve the mode and takes five-machines and six w ind and PV pow er plant systems for examples to verify effectiveness and reasonability of the method.The results indicate there are differences at different levels in pow er curtailment and costs after considering pow er curtailment strategies in pow er grid dispatching compared w ith traditional pow er curtailment schemes.In addition, different criteria w eights and grow th of evaluation indexes have different influence on pow er curtailment of different w ind and PV pow er plants.
