Simulation on Electric Field of Cold Shrinkable Intermediate Connector of 10kV AC Power Cable
摘要
Abstract
Electric performance of the intermediate connector of power cable may affect safe and stable operation of the cable, therefore, this paper takes the cold shrinkable intermediate connector of 10 k V AC three-core pow er cable as the study object and uses the finite element simulation method to establish a simplified 3D single-core model in SolidWorks and ANSYS softw are.It makes simulation study on distribution law s of electric field of the cold shrinkable intermediate connector under different states such as spiked flaw s on the surface of crimping pipe, scratches at different locations on the XPLE insulation surface and insulation shield surface.It also studies influence of height of spiked flaw s, depth of scratches and medium in scratches on electric field intensity.Research results indicate electric field intensity w ill increase after introducing defects and w ith increase of sizes of spiked flaw s and scratches and changes of scratch locations, variation trends of electric field intensity are different as mediums in defects are respectively air and w ater.On the w hole, electric field intensity is rising or basically unchanged.关键词
