倾角及加热功率对乙烷脉动热管传热性能的影响
Influences of inclination angle and heating power on heat transfer performance of ethane pulsating heat pipe

Abstract
To study the heat transfer performance of the pulsating heat pipe in the middle and low temperature region, an ethane pulsating heat pipe was designed, and the low-temperature Stirling refrigerator was used as the cold source. The effects of heating power and inclination angle on the heat transfer performance of ethane pulsating heat pipe were studied experimentally in different temperature regions. The results showed that in the temperature region of-40℃and-70℃, when the inclination angle was less than 45°, the inclination angle had little effect on the heat transfer temperature difference. When the inclination angle was between 45° and 90°, the heat transfer temperature difference significantly increased with the increase of the inclination angle. At a low heating power, the inclination angle had little effect on the heat transfer temperature difference. At a high heating power, the inclination had a great influence on the heat transfer temperature difference. It was also found that under the same inclination angle, with the increase of heating power, the heat transfer temperature difference gradually increased, and the heat transfer resistance showed a tendency to decrease first and then increase.关键词
