Abstract
Objective:To make a Meta-analysis of the application of nursing risk management in acute diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Computer search computer search Wanfang data resource system, China Journal Full-text Database (CNKI) , VIP Information Resource System (VIP) , Pub Med database, Cochrane Library, Foreign Language Medical Information Resource Search Platform (FMRS) , collect relevant randomized controlled trials (RCT) .Meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.2 software after two researchers screened the literature, extracted data, and evaluated the quality according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.Results:A total of 13 RCTs were included, with a total of 14, 854 patients.The results of meta-analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in nursing quality, routine nursing, nursing adverse events, patient complaints and patient satisfaction (P<0.05) .Conclusions:Compared with routine nursing, nursing risk management can improve the quality of nursing, reduce nursing defects and adverse events, and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.关键词
