Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of humanized nursing on maternal labor, postpartum hemorrhage and recovery. Methods:The study subjects selected 180 women who were hospitalized in our hospital from March 2017 to October 2017.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine care and the observation group gave the humanized care. The maternal delivery, postpartum hemorrhage and recovery effects, and satisfaction after care were compared between the two groups. Results:The second stage of labor in the observation group was (0.65 h±0.03 h) , which was shorter than that of the control group (1.30 min±0.42 min) (P<0.01) .The postpartum hemorrhage volume of the observation group was (210.50 mL±21.70 mL) , which was significantly lower than that of the control group (257.50 mL±25.30 mL) (P<0.01) , the postoperative time of getting out of bed in the observation group was (3.10 d±0.30 d) , and the length of hospital stay was (6.60 d±0.90 d) , which was shorter than that of the control group (3.80 d±0.50 d) and (8.70 d±1.30 d) (P<0.01) , the total nursing satisfaction of the control group (85.56%) was significantly lower than that of the observation group (97.78%) (P<0.05) .Conclusions:Personalized nursing can shorten the pregnant women, control the postpartum hemorrhage, improve the satisfaction of the postoperative recovery and the nursing of the hospital, so it is worth popularizing.关键词
