症护匹配理念应用于颅内动静脉畸形青年病人术前焦虑中的效果观察
Effect of syndrome-protection matching concept on preoperative anxiety in young patients with intracranial arteriovenous malformation

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of matching nursing care on anxiety improvement of young patients with intracranial arteriovenous malformation (AVM) before operation.Methods:Seventy-seven young patients with intracranial arteriovenous malformation (AVM) admitted to our hospital for parallel surgery were selected as subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into 35 groups in the control group and the experimental group.The control group received non-differentiated psychological nursing.The group received the matching psychological nursing, and the observation indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention, the scores of state and trait anxiety in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction rate of psychological nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusions:The anxiety state of young patients with intracranial arteriovenous malformation (AVM) was treated with matched nursing care before operation.The improvement of anxiety and the improvement of psychological nursing satisfaction were significant.关键词
