高校创业孵化基地服务绩效评价指标研究
Research on Service Performance Evaluation Index of University Incubation Base

Abstract
There are some problems such as low service performance and improper resource allocation in university incubation base. However, there is no indicator system that can evaluate the service performance of university incubation base. To solve the problem of evaluating university incubator base's service performance, this study applied the method of exploratory factor analysis, considering the factors of university incubator bases. Combining with the characteristic resources in universities, this study further discussed and optimized the indicators of service performance. The results show that the mediation of the business incubators in universities, investment and financing institutions, technical experts and public laboratory didn't play its original service role. The entrepreneurial training and organization participation in the incubation base also failed to promote the successful incubation of incubated college students. In addition, it is found that the technology research ability of the incubated college students is weak. In the test of reliability and validity, it also proved that indicators of mediation, investment and financing institutions, a number of technical experts, the number of public laboratories, entrepreneurship training frequency, the number of incubated enterprises' patent and the number of awards for entrepreneurship competition failed to astringe in divided dimensions. Thus eliminating the six indicators, this study formed the final university incubator bases' service performance evaluation index system.关键词
