人体工程学在医用等待椅中的应用
Application of Medical Waiting Seats Based on Ergonomics
摘要
Abstract
In the process of large-scale general hospitals, "three shorts and one long"phenomenon is common to be seen.The long waiting time increases the time cost and energy input of patients, and affects the patient's satisfaction with the hospital's service. The seat is the most important piece of furniture in the hospital waiting area, and its comfort can relieve the patient's physical and mental discomfort during the waiting process to some extent. Based on the field investigation and observation of the seats in various waiting areas of Nanjing Gulou Hospital, Institute of Dermatology of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Suzhou Municipal Hospital, the problems of waiting area seats are explored from the perspectives of size, color, materials and subjective feelings. Finally, based on ergonomics, the paper put forth some corresponding reference for the seats design in the waiting area of the hospitals.关键词
