中资跨国公司商业模式与国际化战略匹配关系研究
The Fit between Business Model and International Strategy for Chinese Multinational Corporations

Abstract
This study explored the fit between business model and international strategy for Chinese corporations moving from domestic operations to transnational operations. To this end, this paper proposed research hypotheses around these fitting relationships, and tested these hypotheses by using the multiple-case study. The results show that efficiency-centered business models fit with global integration strategy for Chinese MNCs to enhance firm performance, while novelty-centered business models fit with both global integration strategy and local responsiveness strategy for Chinese MNCs to enhance firm performance; in the context of Chinese MNCs' international operation, novelty-centered business models are more adaptable than efficiency-centered business models. Specifically: under the implementation of the global integration strategy, Chinese MNCs can adopt not only efficiency-centered business models but also novelty-centered business models; while implementing local responsiveness strategy, Chinese MNCs can only adopt novelty-centered business models.关键词
