The Strategy of Governments' Providing R&D Subsidies in Enterprises' Process Improvement
摘要
Abstract
To provide R&D subsidies for enterprises can help enterprises to reduce R&D risk, and improve the enthusiasm of enterprise R&D investment. If there are two companies in the market, they are able to provide products that meet the needs of the government. A key decision for government to make is to provide research and development subsidies for the two companies or to provide research and development subsidies for the advanced technology company. The study suggests that the risks of R&D, technology spillover effect, the elasticity of production cost with respect to output and the elasticity of production cost with respect to the innovation level have an important impact on the decision-making process of the government.The research results have certain theoretical and practical significance to the understanding of the government decision-making process and the policy of the government to provide R&D subsidies.关键词
