Research on the Factors Affecting the Willingness of WeChat to Continue to Use and Share Knowledge

Abstract
Taking We Chat as the research object, the paper used positive methods to explore the influencing factors that influence the continuous use of social media and the willingness to share knowledge. 257 valid sample data were collected through questionnaire survey of the Star Network Questionnaire. Structural equations were used to empirically test the four intentions of information seeking, entertainment, social interaction, and killing time. It was found that information seeking, entertainment, social interaction, and killing time motivating influence the continued use of We Chat, and that information seeking, social interaction, and killing time effectively promote We Chat users' knowledge sharing, while entertainment has little effect on users' willingness to share knowledge. The study found that social interaction has the greatest impact on users' use of We Chat. The users may feel satisfaction through information sharing and their connection with other users in the virtual community. The information seeking motivation has the most significant influence on users' willingness to share knowledge. When users have information requirements, they communicate with other users who have the information, search for the information they need, and conduct knowledge sharing activities with other users during the search process.关键词
