基于中国专利数据的发明者流动研究*
A Study on Inventor Mobility by Chinese Patent Data

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Establishing and perfecting the talent mobility mechanism is an important guarantee for promoting en﹣terprise's core competitiveness, boosting industrial transformation and upgrading, and enhancing national technological innovation capabili﹣ty, and the inventor information in patent documents provides a data foundation for talent flow research. The original patent database, however, did not provide unique codes to identify different inventors, leading to a major challenge for tracking the inventor's trajectory. [Method/Process]Based on the application data of invention patents from the Chinese Intellectual Property Office between 1985 and Au﹣gust 30, 2016, a sample of the inventors'name disambiguation was constructed. We manually identify inventors by matching patents and document information, and then discuss the mobility trend of inventors in both organizational and regional dimensions. [ Result/Conclu﹣sion]Effective data cleaning is the basis for mining the mobile inventors in the patent database. It is feasible to collect patent information and match the corresponding literature information to disambiguate the inventors'names.关键词
