Online Public Opinion Governance of Public Emergencies:Orientation and Research Directions
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Based on the recent-year research about the online public sentiment of the incidences, the research o﹣rientation and pathways are found. [Method/Process]According to the content emphasis and frame of the literature, the current research results are viewed from the five aspects including: propagation, monitoring, control, action and governance. [Result/Conclusion]Based on the review of the current literature, this paper further proposes the issues that should be paid attention to in promoting the research on network public opinion in public emergencies in the new era: to expand the data utilization rate of more social platforms for quantitative a﹣nalysis, and to extend the development of the research on the basis of network public opinion monitoring and analysis technology, with the research support of governance countermeasures as the direction. Based on the integrated comprehensive analysis and research of relevant theories of various disciplines, this paper proposes that the overall macro research of China's online public opinion governance system should move towards the research direction of multi-dimensional collaborative governance mode.关键词
