Research on the Construction of Emergency Network Opinion Knowledge Base Based on Ontology
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]The construction of emergency network opinion knowledge base plays an important role in emergency management. Establishing a quick-response and efficient emergency network opinion knowledge base system is a main module of emer﹣gency network opinion management, as well as a vital basis for the decision-making departments. [ Method/Process] Based on the re﹣search of network opinion transmission law and the network opinion elements analysis, this paper designs the ontology-driven emergency network opinion knowledge base. It proposes the ERA ontology knowledge model and builds an ontology model for knowledge base use UML mapping, it completes the application of the emergency network opinion knowledge base in ontology representation method. [ Re﹣sult/Conclusion]It advocates the basic rules of ontology as knowledge representation and knowledge reasoning and studies the network public opinion of emergencies from the perspective of description logic and rules, so that domain analysis can be more comprehensive and concrete. The emergency network opinion knowledge base it designed can provide services by knowledge retrieval and knowledge reason﹣ing and thus provides reference for decision-making departments.关键词
