关联突发权重的主题模型:以共享单车法律问题学术文献为例*
Topic Model with Bursty Weights: Evidence from Academic Literature in Bike-Sharing Legal Issues

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]In order to discover the hotspots in the scientific research, with the support of text mining and biblio﹣metric technology, a Topic Model with Bursty Weights is proposed, which can analyze bibliographic data and automatically generate burst topics. It is convenient for scientific researchers to discover new hotspots and judge the possibility of sustained attention. [ Method/Process]In Topic Model with Bursty Weights, the bursty weights of vocabulary are calculated by burst monitoring technology, and by in﹣creasing the distribution weight of burst vocabulary, burst topics are easily generated. [Result/Conclusion]An empirical example in bike-sharing legal issues is used to testify the effectiveness of new model. By analyzing the time trajectory of bursty weights, we can judge the bursty and sustainability of the topic; by analyzing the high frequency burst vocabulary in the topic and ″vocabulary-topic″ distribution heat maps, we can compare the results of traditional LDA model and Topic Model with Bursty Weights. The results show that the new model has better capability in discovering burst topics.关键词
