Abstract
The washing-resistant fluorine-free water repellent agent was synthesized with stearyl acrylate (SA) , butyl acrylate (BA) , hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) as the main raw materials. The optimized synthesis process was as follows: the ratio of nonionic surfactant {lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene (9) ether (AEO-9) or m (AEO-9):m[polyvinylpyrrolidone-30 (K30) ]=4:1} to cationic surfactant (stearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride) 2:1, dosage 10% (to total mass of main raw materials) , initiator [2, 2′-azobis (2-methylpropionamidine) dihydrochloride] 1% (to total mass of main raw materials) , reacted at 60 ℃ for 5 h, m (SA):m (BA):m (HEMA):m (AKD) =22:4.2:0.8:3. The washing-resistant fluorine-free water repellent agent had a particle size of 112.6 nm. The water repellent of cotton and polyester fabrics treated with this water repellent agent could reach 90 points. After 10 times of standard washing, cotton fabrics still had good water repellent effect.关键词
