Abstract
Objective To analyze and study the effect of high quality nursing service in outpatient department of Pediatrics. Methods 90 cases of children who were treated in outpatient department of Pediatrics from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected and randomLy divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given high quality nursing service on the basis of the comparison. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions and treatment compliance rate, as well as the nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. In the control group, the rate of adverse reactions was higher than that of the observation group. In addition, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the treatment compliance and the nursing satisfaction. The difference were all statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); Conclusion The high quality nursing service plays an important role in the outpatient department of Pediatrics transfusion room. Through the implementation of high quality nursing service in outpatient department of Pediatrics transfusion room, not only can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in children, but also can improve children's treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction, so as to effectively improve the quality of nursing, and promote the patients get timely and effective treatment.关键词
