Abstract
Objective To analyze the pneumonia shot back percussion acceptable compression with atomization treatment, the implementation of the corresponding nursing method and effect. Methods 76 cases of pneumonia in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the object of observation, the patients were treated with the combination of hand percussion nebulization therapy, the selected patients were randomLy divided into control group were treatment with routine nursing intervention, the observation group with treatment to more detailed nursing intervention. The two groups each of 38 cases, under the effect of different nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the results of treatment and nursing group with the total effective rate was 89.5％, the control group were 1 cases of heart failure, 1 cases of empyema, 4 cases of gastrointestinal reaction, the rate of adverse reactions was 15.8％; observe the nursing and treatment group with the total effective rate is 94.7％, children with heart failure in 0 cases, empyema in 0 cases, 2 cases gastrointestinal reaction, the rate of adverse reactions was 5.2％. Conclusion Pneumonia in compress nebulization combined with tapping back in the treatment process, the implementation of refined and comprehensive care, can effectively improve the treatment effect of the children, reduce adverse reactions during treatment.so the value of the application in clinical nursing.关键词
