摘要

Abstract

The out-of-round wheel of trains is the most common form of fault in railway vehicles. Out-of-round wheel is the phenomenon of irregularity along the circumferential direction of the wheel, which can cause additional wheel-rail impact load and seriously affect the components of track structures. In this paper, the dynamic finite element model of the vehicle’s body, out-of-round wheel and rail coupling system is established, and the influence of speed, different wave depth and the polygon order of the wheel on the dynamic response of the wheel-rail force and the track structure is studied. Finally, by fitting the measured data, a zigzag wave function is obtained and the effective recognition of the out-of-round wheel is achieved.
