Design Method of the Powertrain Mounting System of Pure Electric Vehicles

Abstract
According to the difference of the powertrain excitation between the pure electric vehicle (PEV) and the traditional internal combustion engine car, the 6-DOF dynamic model of a PEV powertrain is established. Firstly, with the reasonable natural frequencies and energy distributions of the powertrain as the target, and the mount static stiffness and the installation positions as the design variables, the MATLAB/Isight software is used to optimize the parameters of the suspension system. After the optimization, the natural frequencies and the energy distributions can satisfy the design requirements. In order to control the displacement of powertrain centroid in the typical and extreme conditions, the static stiffness and the x-coordinates of the turning points of each mount in the nonlinear sections are designed. After the design, the displacement of the powertrain centre of gravity can satisfy the control requirements.关键词
