摘要

Abstract

The mechanism of interior noise in an electric car is studied. Using subjective evaluation and troubleshooting, the brake vacuum pump is confirmed to be the reason of the interior noise. Then, based on the vibration and noise source identification, transfer path analysis and response analysis and using the modal simulation results, the mechanisms of the interior noise is analyzed. To reduce air radiation noise, the method of wrapping the vacuum pump with damping material is proposed. To reduce the structural radiation noise, the method of increasing the stiffness of the mounting bracket is presented. Test results show that the proposed methods are reasonable and the interior noise can be reduced by nearly 6 dB.
