摘要

Abstract

With the wide application of box girder structure in high-speed railway, its vibration and noise problems have been attracting more and more attention. The paper takes a 32 m long simply supported box girder of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as the research object. At first, the model for structure noise calculation of the elevated railway box girder is established, and the model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the measured results of a 1/10 scaled model. Then, high-speed train and rail coupling dynamics model is established and the force acting on the box girder structure is calculated, and applied as the load boundary condition to the box girder finite element model (FEM) to calculate the vibration response. Finally, with the vibration response of the girder as the acoustic boundary condition, the influence of the support stiffness on the sound radiation of the box girder is analyzed by means of the indirect boundary element method (IBEM). The results show that for the 3 different stiffness conditions, effects of the sound power radiation of the girder are mainly concentrated in 1 Hz-48 Hz, The greater the rigidity of the support is, the smaller the acoustic power radiation value and the peak value are. The maximum sound pressure level (SPL) of the box girder is mainly concentrated in 1 Hz-20 Hz. The SPL change tendency of each field point is close to the sound power change tendency. The SPLs of the three supports at the same field point are relatively close. At the same field point, the greater the support stiffness is, the smaller the SPL and its peak value are. In 48 Hz-100 Hz frequency range, the stiffness value has little effect on the field SPL and the acoustic radiation of the girder.
