Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of dynamic hip screw,Gamma nail and proximal femoral interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients.Methods 144 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture treated at our hospital from March,2016 to March,2017 were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into group A,group B,and group C,48 cases for each group.Group A were treated with dynamic hip screw fixation,group B internal fixation with Gamma nail,and group C internal fixation with proximal femoral interlocking intramedullary nail.The intra-operative bleeding volume,operation time,hospitalization time,postoperative hip function,and postoperative complications were compared among these 3 groups.Results The intra-operative bleeding volume,operation time,and hospitalization time were better in group C than in group A and group B,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).The postoperative excellent rate was 95.83％ in group C,70.83％ in group A,and 81.25％ in group B (P ＜ 0.05).There were no statistical differences in the incidences of postoperative complications among these 3 groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures,a reasonable choice should be made according to the patients' conditions.Proximal femoral interlocking intramedullary nail is more suitable for the elderly,for it causes less trauma and fewer complications and has better hip joint recovery.关键词
