Abstract
Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of estrogen and progesterone receptors in the decidua tissue of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods 80 cases of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion treated at our hospital from April,2016 to April,2018 were selected as a study group;and 60 normal pregnant women admitted into our hospital from April,2016 to April,2018 were selected as a control group.The expressions of estrogen and progesterone receptors were detected by SP immunohistochemical staining,and the results were determined by 2 professional pathologists at our hospital.The positive results were brown or brown granules.Expression of positive cells less than 10％ indicates ER or PR negative (-);10％ ～ 25％ weakly positive (+);26％ ～ 50％ positive (++);and more than 50％ strong positive (+++).Results The positive rate of the ER expression in the decidua tissue was lower in the study group than in the control group (27.50％ vs.65.00％,P ＜ 0.05).The positive rate of PR expression in the tecidua tissue was lower in the study group than in the control group (42.50％ vs.51.67％),but with no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).In the decidua tissue of the patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,the ER positively correlated with the PR (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The expressions of ER and PR in the decidua tissues of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion decrease,and the abnormal expression of ER is more obvious.It is of great significance in clinical study and worth for further study.关键词
