Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of alfacalcidol capsules combined with Xianling Gubao capsules in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP).Methods 100 women with PMOP treated at our hospital from October,2016 to October,2018 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,50 cases for each group.The control group were treated with alfacalcidol capsules,and the study group with alfacalcidol capsules and Xianling Gubao capsules.After two courses of treatment,the clinical effects of both groups were observed.The bone mineral density and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (96.00％ vs.82.00％,P ＜ 0.05).The bone mineral densities of femoral greater trochanter,femoral neck,and L2-4 were higher after than before the treatment in both groups (P ＜ 0.05),and were (0.71±0.06) g/cm2,(0.75±0.12) g/cm2,and (0.97±0.16) g/cm2 in the study group after the treatment,which were higher than those in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).No severe adverse reactions occurred in both groups,with no statistical difference between these two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Alfacalcidol capsules combined with Xianling Gubao capsules in the treatment of PMOP is effective and has no serious adverse reactions,so it is worth for clinical promotion.关键词
