丙种球蛋白与神经节苷脂辅助治疗急性脊髓炎患者的效果比较
Gamma globulin versus ganglioside for acute myelitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of ganglioside versus gamma globulin in the treatment of acute myelitis.Methods 74 patients with acute myelitis treated at our hospital from August,2017 to September,2018 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into a control group and a study group,37 cases for each group.The control group were treated with gamma globulin,and the study group with ganglioside.The therapeutic effects and the incidences of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 72.97％ in the control group and 91.89％ in the study group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Ganglioside for acute myelitis is more effective than gamma globulin.It helps improve the patietns' sensory and defecation disorders and promote the treatment effect,and makes the patients recover as early as possible.关键词
