Abstract
Objective To probe into the application value of nursing intervention on mental status and self-management ability of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,90 patients with percutaneous coronary intervention for the first time in our hospital were selected as clinical research subjects.The patients were divided into observation group (n=46) and control group (n=44) with the random number table.The patients in the control group were given general routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given systemic nursing intervention based on the control group.The psychological status,self-management ability,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The SAS score in the observation group after intervention was (34.27±4.53) points,and the SDS score was (36.87±4.78) points,which were significantly lower than those before intervention and in the control group (P＜0.05).The scores of self-concept,self-care skills,self-care responsibility,health knowledge level,and the total score in the observation group after intervention were (21.14±3.22),(28.45±3.95),(19.32±3.05),(47.80±5.89),(116.74±22.78),which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The scores of each item of quality of life in the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The rate of satisfaction on nursing services in the observation group was 63.04％ (29/46),and the total satisfaction was 95.65％ (44/46),which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention has very important clinical significance for the improvement of mental state,self-management ability,and quality of life of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention.关键词
