Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and nursing of catheter-directed thrombolysis for acute pulmonary embolism.Methods A retrospective analysis of 25 cases of acute pulmonary embolism were selected in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018,in whom 5 patients underwent inferior vena cava filter implantation and pulmonary catheter-directed thrombolysis,the therapeutic effect and nursing methods were summarized.Results All the 5 patients completed inferior vena cava filter implantation and pulmonary catheter-directed thrombolysis.The clinical symptoms of the patients were all relieved.There was no thrombus residue in the pulmonary artery showed by CTA.The effective rate was 100％.No serious complications occurred after operation.Conclusion Catheter-directed thrombolysis combined with high-quality nursing is satisfactory for the treatment of high-risk and middle-high-risk acute pulmonary embolism,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
