Evaluation on the Quality of Welfare Funds Supply for Orphans and Disabled Children in Urumqi
摘要
Abstract
In response to the evaluation of the supply quality of welfare providers in Urumqi,in the welfare fund for orphans and disabled children,using principal component analysis and factor analysis,the 11 variables after the analysis are analyzed. Four common factors are gotten according to the actual situation. The four common factors are named as four sub-indicators of living capi?tal,education funds,medical funds and development funds,and the weight of the four secondary indicators is calculated to the tar?get layer,then,based on the principal component score,the coefficients and weights of the three-level index to the target layer are calculated,and finally the output results are comprehensively analyzed.关键词
