摘要

Abstract

For reading and identifying the scale of fire extinguisher,this paper presents a novel and practical method for read?ing identification based on digital image processing technology. Firstly,the source image is preprocessed,including the steps of im?age segmentation,image filtering and image RGB binarization. Then,the image feature information is extracted by using the im?proved Hough transform of the double threshold,and the different color regions are divided so as to identify whether the gas in the fire extinguisher is normal better. The experimental results show that this method is very effective for the identification of image area about pointer instrument,and it also has high precision and strong practical application value.
