气调保鲜对草莓贮藏期品质的影响
The effect of controlled atmosphere on the storage quality of strawberry
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The study aimed to determine the effect of controlled atmosphere on the shelf life and fruit quality of stored strawberries.[Methods]Strawberry cultivar "Hongyan"were selected and stored under various conditions (0 ℃、4 ℃、0 ℃ in the air、0 ℃ with modified atmosphere).Indicators of product quality of strawberries including phenotype,weight loss, ascorbic acid content,rigidity,and fruit skin color were investigated at certain time intervals during the storage.[Results] Storage at 0℃ with 4%CO2+10%O2 resulted in lower weight losses (0.24%),higher rigidity (5 18.65 N)and ascorbic acid content (0.46 μg·g-1 )of strawberries with better skin color.The shelf life was also extended by 7~9 days compared to the control.[Conclusion]Controlled atmosphere is an effective and feasible method for strawberry preservation,and this study could provid technique reference for storage and distribution of strawberry products.关键词
