Exploration and Analysis on Building the Social Credit System in China——Based on Multidimensional Perspective
摘要
Abstract
The social credit system is the fundamental support of the social market economic system and the overall competitiveness of the country.However, the anomie of social credit has been criticized by all walks of life in economy, legal system and society.The analysis of the lack of social credit system reveals that our social credit system has its important legal, economic and practical value.Therefore, it is imperative to take policy as the basis, co-construction and coordination mechanism as the core, power-based adjustment and transformation as the support, and complementary improvement of various mechanisms as the guarantee, so as to establish a social credit system with complete system and perfect mechanism.关键词
