摘要

Abstract

Along with the gradual transition from the traditional distribution networks to active distribution networks, the traditional planning methods for distribution network are no longer applicable. For this reason,the application of de?mand-responsive active control to the expansion planning for distribution network is studied. First,the concept of de?mand elasticity is introduced,and the solving method for uncertainties in the price-based demand response is proposed. Then,a bi-layer model of expansion planning for active distribution network is established,and the use of demand re?sponse in the operation layer to promote the consumption of distributed generation is considered;in addition,the pric?ing of peaks and valleys is optimized to give fully play to the role of demand response,as well as simulate and quantify its impact on the work on the planning stage. Afterwards,according to graph theory,"Break circle method" is proposed to improve the coding method fordistribution network and generate a radiation network structure. Finally,a regional dis?tribution network is taken as a numerical example,which verifies the validity of the proposed model.
