Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients with dysphagia after stroke,and to observe changes and significance of nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels in plasma.Methods A total of 100 patients with dysphagia after stroke treated at our hospital from February,2015 to December,2017 were enrolled,and were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,50 for each group.The control group were treated with conventional rehabilitation training;in addition,the observation group were treated with acupuncture moxibustion.The rehabilitation included basic training and feeding training.The main points of acupuncture and moxibustion were Fengchi,Tiantu,and bilateral Qifeng.At the same time,puncture and bloodletting treatment is performed on the patients' throat wall.The treatment was taken once a day.One course of treatment was 10 days.One month after the treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated.And TCM symptom scores and Fujishima Ichiro feeding-swallowing disorder scores were observed before and after the treatment.The levels of nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in peripheral blood were measured.Results After the treatment,the treatment efficacy was higher and the TCM symptom scores were better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical difference (P < 0.05).The Fujishima Ichiro feeding-swallowing disorder scores were significantly higher after than before the treatment in both groups,and were better in the observation group than in the control group after the treatment (P < 0.01).The NO level was lower and the SOD level was higher after than before the treatment in both groups,and were so in the observation group than in the control group after the treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training for dysphagia after stroke can improve clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms,and recovery of swallowing function.The severity and treatment effect of dysphagia after stroke can be predicted by the detection of NO and SOD.关键词
