Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of anesthesia with remifentanil and sevoflurane for patients tkaing pediatric ophthalmologic short surgery. Methods A total of 200 patients taking pediatric ophthalmic short surgery from September,2016 to September,2018 were selected, and were divided into study group and a control group according to different anesthesia methods. The study group took intravenous anesthesia with refentanil and sevoflurane, and the control group with sevoflurane and propofol. The operation time, recovery time, time for the removal of laryngeal mask,PACU stay time, and postoperative complications were compared between the groups. Results The recovery time, the time for the removal of laryngeal mask, and the retention time of PACU were shorter and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the study group than in the control group [(5.11±2.35) min vs.(7.22±2.11) min,(7.32±2.46) min vs.(9.67±2.57) min,(26.11±4.11) rmin vs.(30.79±4.02) min,and 3.00% vs.15.00%;all P < 0.05].The operative time was (29.11±2.22) min in the study group, and was (29.21±2.13) in the control group (P > 0.05).Conclusion Anesthesia with remifentanil and sevoflurane for short operation of pediatric ophthalmology can shorten the patients' postoperative waking time and meet the surgery needs.关键词
