神经外科患者手术部位目标性监测分析
Target surveillance of surgical site in neurosurgery patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the status of surgical site infection (SSI) in neurosurgical patients after craniocerebral surgery, and to find out the risk factors of infection and provide evidence-based basis for effective prevention and control measures of SSI,so as to reduce the incidence of SSI and ensure patient safety and improve medical quality. Methods 996 patients who underwent craniocerebral surgery from January,2013 to December,2017 were monitored. The status of SSI and related risk factors after craniocerebral surgery were analyzed according to the requirements of "Hospital Infection Monitoring Standard".Results Of the 996 patients,169 (16.97%) had intracranial infection. The incidence of intracranial infection after minimally invasive craniotomy was 18.06%,and that after traumatic craniotomy was 15.33%,with no statistical difference (P >0.05).The highest SSI rate of the surgeons was 27.38%.There were statistical differences in the influences of the patients' age, complication with diabetes mellitus, external ventricular drainage, and intra-operative measures of thermal saving on SSI (P < 0.05).Conclusion The incidence of SSI after craniocerebral surgery is high. The incidence of intracranial infection after minimally invasive craniocerebral surgery is higher than that after craniotomy. The independent risk factors of SSI after craniocerebral surgery are > 60 years old, diabetes mellitus, postoperative ventricular drainage, and no heat preservation during operation.关键词
