Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound debridement combined with intelligent negative pressure trauma therapy in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods 60 patients with diabetic foot ulcer treated at our hospital from January,2018 to January,2019 were included into this study,and were divided into a research group and a control group according to random number table method,30 cases for each group.The control group took ultrasound debridement,while the study group took ultrasound debridement and intelligent negative pressure trauma therapy.The bacterial quantification,percutaneous partial pressure of oxygen,blood perfusion of wound,and the total effective rate of ulcer wound healing were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of ulcer wound healing was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (96.67％ vs.80.00％,P ＜ 0.05).There were no statistical differences in bacterial quantification,percutaneous partial pressure of oxygen,and blood perfusion between the study group and the control group before the treatment (all P ＞ 0.05).After the treatment,the quantity of bacteria,partial pressure of oxygen,and blood perfusion were (1 320.25 ±221.10) cfu/cm2,(54.85±9.05) mmHg,and (0.95 ±0.25) PU in the study group,which were significantly better than those in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound debridement combined with intelligent negative pressure trauma therapy is effective for diabetic foot ulcer.关键词
