GeneXpert Mtb/RIF在颈淋巴结结核脓肿诊断中的作用

Abstract
Objective To investigate the significance ofGeneXpert MTB/RIF technique in the diagnosis of carotid lymph node tuberculous abscess.Methods 87 patients taking neck abscess surgery (lesion clearance and VSD drainage) and confirmed by pathology as lymph node tuberculosis at our hospital from 1th January,2017 to 1th September,2018 were selected,and were detected by GeneXpert Mtb/RIF and pathogens (ie,pus or lesion TB smear and TB culture),respectively.Finally,the significances of the two methods in the diagnosis of tuberculous abscess disease of cervical lymph nodes were analyzed and compared.Results In the 87 patients,71 (81.61％) were positive in GeneXpert Mtb / RIF assay,and 25(28.74％) in pathogens assay.The sensitivity of GeneXpert Mtb/RIF was significantly higher than that of pathogens;and the detection time of GeneXpert Mtb/RIF was significantly lower than those of pathogen;so GeneXpert Mtb/RIF was a great help for rapid diagnosis.Conclusions GeneXpert Mtb/RIF has good sensitivity and important clinical application value in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node tuberculous abscess.关键词
