Abstract
Objective To study the effect of ticagrelor combined with Tongxinluo capsules on serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 72 patients with unstable angina pectoris were enrolled in our hospital.All the patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).The randomized digital table was used to divided them into a study group (n=36) and a control group (n=36).The control group was treated with ticagrelor 3 days before and after operation;in addition,the study group was treated with Tongxinluo capsules;both groups continued to take the drug for 6 months.The cardiac function indicators before and after surgery [left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVSD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDD)],serum levels of MMP-9,PDGF,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs)-CRP),and interleukin-6 (IL-6) as well as the quality of life (GQOL-74) score and incidence of cardiovascular adverse events were compared between these two groups.Results The serum levels of MMP-9,PDGF,hs-CRP,and IL-6 were lower in the study group than in the control group 1 d and 6 months after the operation (all P ＜ 0.05).The LVSD and LVDD were (33.29±4.86)mm,(51.27±6.81)mm lower and the LVEF (54.16±5.30)％ was higher in the study group than in the control group 6 months after the operation (all P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events was lower in the study group than in the control group [5.56％ (2/36) vs.22.22％ (8/36),P ＜ 0.05].Conclusion Ticagrelor combined with Tongxinluo capsules can significantly reduce the serum levels of MMP-9,PDGF,and other inflammatory factors in patients with unstable angina pectoris,effectively improve their cardiac function,and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events.关键词
