Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Guizhi Fuling capsules and Xiaojie'an capsules in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods 140 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands treated at our hospital from January,2015 to May,2017 were chosen as experimental objects,and were divided into a control group and a research group,70 cases for each group.The control group were treated with Guizhi Fuling capsules,and the research group with Guizhi Fuling capsules and Xiaojie'an capsules.After the treatment,the treatment effect,improvement of breast lump,improvement of sex hormones,and adverse reactions compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and recurrence rate were 95.71％ (67/70) and 4.29％ (3/70) in the research group,and were 91.43％ (64/70) and 7.14％ (5/70) in the control group,with no statistical differences (both P ＞ 0.05).The cured rate was higher in the research group than in the control group [61.43％ (43/70) vs.41.43％ (29/70),P ＜ 0.05].After the treatment,the hardness and mass size of the breast lumps in the research group were (1.03±0.15) and (1.21±0.17),which were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences (both P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the levels of E2,LH,and P were (1 253.27±135.18)pmol/L,(20.34±3.12) U/L,and (6.28±0.67) nmol/L in the research group,which were better than those in the control group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.57％ (6/70) in the research group,and was 11.43％ (8/70) in the control group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling capsules combined with Xiaojie'an capsules for patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands can significantly improve the levels of sex hormones and clinical symptoms,and is effective and safe.关键词
