摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of visual function training (VFT) in the treatment of amblyopia in children (AIC).Methods Eighty-six children (147 eyes) with amblyopia treated at our hospital from August,2016 to October,2017 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the digital table method. The 43 patients (73 eyes) in the control group were conventional treated;in addition, the 43 patients (74 eyes) in the observation group were given intensive visual function training. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 97.30% in the observation group, and was 76.71% in the control group (x2=13.835 9,P=0.000 0).There was no statistical difference in visual acuity between the two groups before the treatment (t=0.815 2,P > 0.05).1 year after the treatment, the visual acuity was better than that before the treatment in the two groups, and was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (t=9.531 8,P < 0.05).The therapeutic effects of both groups were mild amblyopia > moderate amblyopia > severe amblyopia;the cured rate of severe amblyopia was 81.82% in the observation group, was was 16.67% in the control group (x2=9.762 9,P=0.000 0).Conclusions Visual function training in the treatment of amblyopia in children is clinically effective, can significantly improve the basic cured rate and effectively improve the visual acuity. The lower the amblyopia degree, the better the treatment effect.Early prevention, detection, diagnosis, and treatment of children with amblyopia can achieve good results.关键词
