循证护理对组织移植与再植术后预防血管危象的作用分析
Evidence-based nursing care in prevention of vascular crisis after tissue transplantation and replantation

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of vascular crisis after tissue transplantation and replantation.Methods 88 patients taking tissue transplantation and replantation at our hospital from February,2016 to February,2018 were selected as observation objects,and divided into an observation group and a control group by random digital table method,44 cases for each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention;in addition,in the observation group,a nursing group was set up to train nursing skills,improve nursing environment,and strengthen evidence-based nursing measures such as infection and posture nursing.The incidence of vascular crisis,the success rate of transplantation,and the incidence of infection were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of vascular crisis was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (4.55％ vs.20.45％,P ＜ 0.05).The success rate of transplantation was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (100.00％ vs.90.91％,P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of infection was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (0.00％ vs.9.09％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing care has a significant effect in preventing vascular crisis after tissue transplantation and replantation,and is helpful to improve the success rate of transplantation and reduce the risk of infection.关键词
