巨大型颅内动脉瘤显微外科手术临床分析
Clinical analysis of microsurgical treatment of giant intracranial aneurysms
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the strategies and methods of microsurgical treatment of giant intracranial aneurysms malformations.Methods A retrospective analysis of 36 patients with giant aneurysms admitted to Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University from January 2006 to June 2017 treated by microsurgery was made.Results The neurosurgical operation succeed.No patients died.Outcome was considered as good in 31 cases, fair in 5 cases.Conclusion With sufficient pre-operative examination, correct operatives and technique, the giant intracranial aneurysms can be treated effectively with good results.关键词
