A Review of Public Opinion Risk for Unexpected Emergency
摘要
Abstract
With the powerful influence and penetration of the Internet, the public opinion risk conflict intensifies after the emergency. This paper proposes that it is in urgent need to review the existing related literature, analyze and summarize the re-search priorities, the main methods and technologies, and the application status, so as to better serve public opinion risk management of e-mergencies. [Method/Process]Taking "emergency public opinion" and "public opinion risk" as the subject, the paper conducts a com-prehensive review and analysis of related research literature. Firstly it sums up the methods related to "risk" in the research on "emergency public opinion", such as false rumor propagation, sensitive character recognition and negative emotion computation. Secondly, it sorts out the risk identification, risk assessment and risk response related to "emergencies" in the study of "public opinion risk". [Result/Conclu-sion]The paper summarizes existing research and puts forward the possible research focuses and directions in the future, in order to provide reference for further research and practices.关键词
